Customer Care
Please know that each ceramic is one of a kind. Although stock is very limited, if your pottery piece has been damaged in transit, we would do our very best to replace your piece. If that is not doable, you will be contact about a piece that you may be able to choose, of the relatively same size and category, as a replacement.
Privacy & Safety
Each ceramic piece is hand made, wheel thrown, hand glazed individually. Each one will not look exactly the same and that is what gives our pieces their charm. The mugs and espresso cups are all capable of containing a hot beverage. Beware, if you are drinking a warm beverage from one of our tumblers, then please wait to handle as it may be TOO hot to the touch.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping -
If any order contains pieces/items that are already in stock, expectant time is dependent on the option in which the customer has selected for their shipping. Most shipping will take place the 1-2 business days after the order has been received and processed. Please note that Just J is not liable or in control of orders broken or mishandled during the shipping and delivering process once in transit and the tracking has started.
Refunds/Returns -
Note that if a customer would like a refund or a return, it is best to contact immediately in order to process are refunds and returns. Returns for an item if NOT damaged will be on the customer themselves to pay for all shipping and handling costs returning to Just J.
Refunds for items are to be accepted if an order has been damaged. However, the customer will have the option to either have a refund or the opportunity to place another order to REPLACE if an item has been damaged in transit and or EXCHANGE for a similar item with the exception of paying for shipping and handling for the NEWLY replaced item. If a customer would like to receive a FULL refund in regards to no longer wanting the item or simply does not care to file for a replacement for damaged goods, please contact Just J @ justj@justxjx.com with the order # and name of the person who has placed the order.
